Terms of Service!

My native language is SPANISH, if there is something you don't understand, tell me, I mostly use a translator! If you decide to write to me for a commission, YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS! :)

.TERMS OF SERVICE.
- Only commission me if you have patience. I work every moment I can during the week and if not on the weekend.
- Depending on the type of commission you entrust me with and the time I have available, it will be how long it will take. I'll tell you an estimated time.
- If you need it for a specific date, tell me.
- The waiting time begins once I START THE DRAWING, not when you make the payment.
- You can ask about the status of your commission, I will show you when I make BIG PROGRESS, but understand that I have a private life. If you ask every day, you will only make me feel nervous and have zero desire to work with you again.
- I try to finish my work within a maximum of 2 months after starting the drawing, it may take me less or more. I will inform you if the deadline changes.
- Updates can be at different times (usually at night), but you are not obliged to respond to me at the moment. You can respond to me at a time that is comfortable for you.
.PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS.
- I accept payment by Paypal in USD or by Mercado Pago or bank transfer in the case of Argentine pesos.
- In Paypal i make Invoice, with an email that you give me.
- Payment is 100% before starting the commission, for this reason I take the time to talk to know WELL what you need.
- You can request cancellation if you have not yet sent me payment. I may not accept cancellations after receiving payment, so make sure you want to receive a commission from me.
- If I am unable to complete your commission for a private reason, you will receive a full refund.
- Please do not use my artwork for commercial use unless you discuss it with me and pay extra. This is outside the adoptables that were sold for commercial use.
.CHANGES.
- If I start the commission, please don't change your character. I can make minor changes (x5), but larger ones may not be corrected or i may ask you to pay more.
- Do not edit my artwork yourself, I do not give anyone the right to change anything in my artworks. If you want me to change anything after finishing it, please contact me about it.
.GENERAL RULES.
- I have the right to reject any commission without explanation.
- Do not edit, copy or use my art for commercial use, remember that commercial use is SEPARATE.
- Don't take my signature.
- ALWAYS GIVE CREDITS. Most of my social media have the same name!
- Do not post my WIPS without my permission.
- I have the right to share the finished work or the wips on my social media, they will always be watermarked. In case you want it to be a private commission, TELL ME.
- The conversation will be friendly, with respect. I usually communicate with kind words.
- I will not use nicknames to name you that I find uncomfortable. Understand that it is a service.
- Please come with a clear idea and references, if you want me to experiment with your drawing, tell me. In the case of "Commissions eyes" they have asked me to experiment, those are some examples.
.Any violation of these rules will justify me never working with you again, you will be on a blacklist!!.
